2. About Neighbors for Schools, Inc.

Neighbors for Schools, Inc. is a Georgia 501(c)(3) public charity. We support public school nutrition programs across Metro Atlanta by helping reduce meal debt, connecting families to school-administered Free and Reduced Meal application programs, and providing educational information about how school nutrition programs operate.

Neighbors for Schools, Inc. does not operate, administer, or control any school district's Free and Reduced Meal application program. Information and links related to such programs are provided for convenience and informational purposes only. For questions about a specific application or eligibility, please contact your school district directly.

3. Donations

Donations made to Neighbors for Schools, Inc. are generally tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. Please consult your tax advisor regarding your specific situation.

Donations may be made as a one-time contribution or as a recurring (monthly) donation. By choosing a recurring donation, you authorize Neighbors for Schools, Inc. to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until canceled.

You may cancel a recurring donation at any time. If you created an account on our site, you can manage or cancel your recurring donation under "My Subscriptions" in your account area. Alternatively, contact us at info@neighborsforschools.org and we will process the cancellation on your behalf. You will receive an email confirmation once a recurring donation has been canceled.

If a recurring donation payment fails, we will automatically retry the charge for up to 14 days. If payment continues to fail after this period, the recurring donation may be canceled automatically.

All donations are final and non-refundable.

Donations are used to support the charitable purposes described on this website, including meal debt reduction, educational outreach, and reasonable operational expenses of Neighbors for Schools, Inc.

4. Use of This Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not use this website in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the website, or interfere with any other party's use of it.
